On April 3rd, 2025, I purchased a course from Domestika for $0.99 USD. I was likely enrolled in a trial of Domestika Plus without being clearly informed or consenting to it. I only became aware of this when I saw a charge of $329.00 USD on my credit card on May 4th, 2025.I was unwillingly upgraded to an annual subscription. Domestika’s refund policy appears to be limited to just three Latin American countries, and there is no accessible customer support email to resolve the issue. Their system displays a warning message saying refunds will not be issued, which feels like a direct ultimatum.This practice is misleading and unfair, and I am seeking a full refund for this unauthorized transaction.
