Domestika charged me €312.10 for a Plus annual membership even though I canceled the free trial on time – and received written confirmation. Multiple emails from Domestika clearly state that my membership was not renewed. Still, they went ahead and charged my PayPal account.The most outrageous part: I don’t even have access to the service I was charged for. My account shows no active Plus membership. I’m being billed for something I neither wanted nor received.Customer support? Completely unresponsive. No explanation. No resolution. Even my PayPal dispute was rejected, despite providing full documentation.I’m currently reviewing legal options and will also contact consumer protection authorities. What’s even more shocking: I'm clearly not alone. Hundreds of similar cases can be found here on Trustpilot – and Domestika responds with nothing more than copy-paste template replies, showing zero willingness to resolve these complaints.This experience feels borderline fraudulent and deeply unprofessional. If you value your money and your time: do not subscribe to Domestika Plus.This was my first and last experience with Domestika. I expect a full refund.
