I love Domestika's courses, but the customer service is terrible. I contacted them 5 times about the same issue and each time received a response copied and pasted from the website FAQs that had nothing to do with my issue. When I replied that it had not answered my question, there was no further communication.I purchased Plus using a company credit card as part of a company learning budget, but made a small mistake inputting details. As Domestika won't amend my invoice or issue a refund, I now have to pay for Plus myself, which I can't afford.I wish the support quality matched the course quality.
