Like hundreds of others now i was misled by them - ?300+ taken for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.They charged me over ?300 for a Premium subscription I never knowingly agreed to, never used, and wasn’t made clearly aware of. I only discovered the charge after it hit my PayPal, and when I tried to dispute it, PayPal sided with them. I will be escalating further complaints and submitting a complaint to UK consumer protection authorities! I suggest that everyone that has been scammed by them does so at their local authorities- this cannot go on.Domestika claims that they make their service clear and easy to use - why don’t you LISTEN to hundreds of you customers that don’t feel that way? That feel scammed and misled? This is a classic case of dark marketing patterns—designing the site in a way that tricks users into subscribing without informed consent and then with no clear way to contact them - and by just completely ignoring people emails?? To this day no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers. I’ve never even taken a single course, yet they pocketed ?300+ like it’s nothing, ignoring messages and hiding behind shady legal framework while running to the bank laughing with Artists/aspiring artists money, cannot think of a more disgraceful way to conduct business.Domestika you are unethical.
