Met on arrival. Had ordered new tv on-line only 45 minutes earlier. Had a tv to dispose which helpful staff member fetched it from my car. As Oi approached the reception desk my new tv had just been fetched from the warehouse. So quick and easy. Within ten minutes of arriving I was walking out with new tv. Thank you the very helpful staff member.
