It's work pretty clear but I think the problem are the fees, because if u just transfer usdt (Matic), the fee to transfer or swap will be on matic, but u cant get matic, so u have to do another deposit of matic to withdraw!

To make a transaction, you need to pay a network fee charged by the blockchain itself, not by Cryptoniex Wallet. In most cases, if you transfer a token on a particular network (such as Polygon in your case), the fee is paid in the main coin of the network (MATIC). The fee amount cannot be deducted from your MATIC-USDT balance. This is the case with every wallet similar to ours because we don't have access to your balances and are not able to make transactions.
