In my opinion, Cryptoniex Wallet has always been rated among the top cryptocurrency wallets available today. It offers a wide range of different cryptocurrencies and is always updated. It has many features, including an in-house crypto exchange where you can swap one cryptocurrency for another. Note that while this is done inside the app, a third-party crypto exchange brokers the actual process.I have always found Cryptoniex Wallet Support to be fantastic. They are available 24/7. While it's not an instant chat box with a human, You can be sure to get a prompt reply via email from the form you submit in the app for customer support. It usually comes within 20 minutes of submission.The reason for the 4/5 rating (I would have made this 4.5/5 if that was possible, but it isn't) is due to the problems I nearly always encounter when using XMR/ Monaro. The swap function has been unavailable for months. Sending XMR from your wallet to another wallet can often be an impossible task (Especially if the receiving wallet starts with the two numbers 89)The XMR issues have been going on for well over a year, and I really would love to see the Cryptoniex Wallet Dev team invest some serious time into fixing XMR to solve many of these issues.Thanks, Cryptoniex, overall, it is highly recommended.

I had a call from some people who claimed to be distributing crypto recovered from closed sites. They wanted me to set up an Cryptoniex Wallet despite the fact that I already have another wallet. When this was set up they transferred fake BTC and USDT to me. You can tell these apart from the real crypto as they have a tokenlabel attached.I had not seen these before, and I contacted Cryptoniex help when these would not transfer.Help were very quick to respond and explain that these crypto assets were not real and had no value.For security I decided to delete my wallet containing the fake crypto. When I need a new wallet I will certainly bear Cryptoniex in mind because you can get help easily

One bug noticed: RVN exchanges made in APP taking like endless time to finish confirmations, even the time is calculated between 15-20 minutes in the history.
