Recently in Feb. I ordered a gift for one of my granddaughters that steered me to Comfrt for her wants and needs and loves their products.Due to having to return an item,I wanted to be credited back to my credit card account,but Comfrt only offered a store gift card which I did not know. I explained to a very nice helpful CX Agent—-Brooke,that addressed my issue and concerns and corrected this gift card item in in my case on returns for credit reimbursement. I mentioned to her that maybe the company might adapt this into their future policies for better choices to customers,and or give a money gift card that can be used anywhere as a customer wishes or back to Comfrt. Incentives are much appreciated by customers from any businesses service and will keep them loyal and new ones will come on board. Discounts also,and Comfrt does offer those at times on specific items. I really appreciate Brooke in addressing my issue and corresponding so fast with my questions in her replies. I also mentioned that a customer service phone number to contact Comfrt would be greatly needed besides emails to and from customers with issues on orders,returns,etc. Thanks again for all the great assistance and resolve of my concerns.
