I’ll be honest, I have not received my order yet as I just placed it 2 hours ago. I opted for the pre-order sales which offered a huge discount. I wondered how questionable this was but by the amazing response I’ve received (and personalized)I realized this isn’t a robot returning my messages. Blah blah blah. I wanted to come here to give props to the response emails. They are so thorough and so polite! Also a friend of mine ordered from here and JUST got her order. Can’t wait. But kudos to the email and response decision of this brand!
