It’s been an entire week since I placed my order, and it’s still not shipped. Every time I reach out, I get the same response: “It’s being processed.”I’ve already requested a cancellation due to the delay, and now I’m being told it can’t be canceled because it’s processing—that’s not acceptable. If you can’t cancel it, then do something to expedite it immediately.If I don’t receive confirmation of shipment or cancellation by end of day, I’ll be filing a dispute through my payment provider.Enough is enough.
