Horrible customer service

Be careful. They still owe me exchanges or refunds in 8 pieces and this started in November. To this day they have not made it right. Over 50 emails and text and still nothing. I love, love, love their clothing but. You cannot speak to them on phone,they do not respond to emails in time. Currently owe me over 200 dollars and they have done nothing to make right. Reporting to PayPal and bank on Monday. Tired of asking for help. I had order sweatsuit for my friends birthday waited over 2 months sweatshirt 2 small. I MAILED BACK... ASK FOR EXHANGE etc., to this day she has pants not sweatshirt and they no longer sell travel hoodie in color. Comfrt obviously does not care or these issues would be fixed. Sad thing, I really love their clothing. It is awesome as long as you do not need exchange or refund. Going to continue to post reviews where I can so hopefully this will not happen to them
