DO NOT BUY! I purchased 3 hoodies from this company. I paid for the hoodies and never received them. They said because I did not buy shipping insurance there is nothing they can do. I contacted the shipper and they said that the tracking number I was given is not even a real tracking number. You can not talk to anyone on the phone at Comfrt. They could not even provide me with an address of where my order went. They just provided me a city which is a city I do not even live in. Customer Service makes everything your fault. I think they just pick people who do not buy shipping insurance and never send their orders. I know several people now who have had a similar experience. I learned an expensive lesson. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
