Shady and Rude

Well, I'm writing this in May, after ordering in January. I bought items that was in stock. 2 sets of sweats. I got a confirmation from my credit card immediately that it had been charged the full amount. After a few weeks passed I went to check on the item and realized that I never got a purchase confirmation email. I emailed customer service and asked if they could send me my order number which was like pulling teeth to get. They would take days to respond and I was always met with incomplete and dismissive emails. 6 e-mails in, I was finally able to get an order number but they wouldnt send me an invoice. FINALLY I was told they they were on back order and that they would ship out by 4/16...3 months from when I paid for it. They wouldnt allow me to cancel and refund and they STILL were unable to furnish an actual invoice. I submitted evidence of payment and even disputed the charges with my credit card. They told my credit card company that I had agreed to the back order and they would ship it when they could. Of course they wont show me the invoice where it states I agreed to back order. Now its 5/7 (order date 1/22) and I still have no refund, no invoice, and no product. I shop online all the time, I don't like going to stores and honestly, this is the shadiest experience I've had.
