Not as quick and easy as hoped.

Applying online was nice as I didn’t have to go out in the heat, but the downside is by time customer service got back to me, it was so late the money can’t be deposited or emailed until the next day. Other than that, it was quick and easy.

Getting a loan has been so easy and convenient. Everything can be done online. I did recently go into the branch and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It made my experience so easy and less stressful.
