Bereavement customer care is non-existent!

Following the death of my Father the 'service' provided by British Gas has created so much additional stress. In attempting to settle my Father's account, I've been asked to repeat information three times over. Told by one BG representative I am in for a significant bill, declined further information regarding amount and made to wait for over four months at this stage. BG have consistently failed to meet their own timescales and communication has been nothing short of appalling. Indeed, at one point I was supplied with another customer's account details and address! How this could be considered acceptable for any customer, let alone one experiencing grief is beyond my comprehension.
