Absolutely horrendous customer service. Phone lines are FULL of staff who repeatedly lie. I’ve had to take a complaint to the Ombudsman and it has been upheld. Even the staff at the executive office!!!! have been absolutely useless and have failed to rectify a simple problem. Appalling! Go elsewhere for energy! Update after British Gas reply - you are telling me to message on X, which I had been for 8 weeks!!! This is why the Ombudsman has ruled in my favour. What a disgrace
