Great service & comms

Great proactive boiler service reminder & booking / amend booking process. Accurate timings for engineer arrival. Fantastic customer service, advice & reassurance during boiler service. Simple text survey immediately after service and report received immediately on email. Service engineer was also highly experienced and friendly.
