Ridiculous!

Yet another ridiculous issue with British Gas! In the previous few days I have received through the post 2 cheques from British Gas. The first is for ?1.86 which the letter says is because I am in credit. I am but by over ?300! The second is for ?1.00 because i saved money on a thing they do called peak save . It must have cost them more than that to print and send them in the post! Surely in this age of digital banking they could have done it without having to send 2 cheques. I would leave them but am being held to ransom because apparently my credit rating isn’t good enough for my electricity account to be transferred to direct debit!
