Awful Customer Treatment

The date is wrong... however I purchased an item as a gift for someone from this company which arrived broken. I immediately contacted Bradford who offered to replace the product. However this replacement NEVER arrived... BUT Bradford were more than happy to try and charge me for it and have now had a debt collection agency trying to recover a balance... Absolutely disgusting! That will be my first and only attempt to use this company if they treat people like this! This needs fixing ASAP otherwise I'll be reporting them to relevant consumer authorities.

Not had the best experience

Not had the best experience. The ring I ordered has been cancelled 3 times. One of the other rings I received came tarnished where the rhodium had worn off. Tried to return it but the post office collection refused as I didn'???t have the original wrapping. It should not be this hard to return something that was received in an unsatisfactory condition

The feather necklace is smaller and darker than it looks in the picture. Its ok but probably not worth the money
