Wonderful Service for us oldie goldies approaching Retirement

I had ended my landline, internet and Cloud Phone contract with what I would believe to be Britain'???s number one telephone provider. As I had purchased my cloud equipment, I was reluctant to give up on it so made enquiries about a cloud only contract. only to find out it would be very much cheaper that what I had been led to believe. I approached bOnline who had me up and running within hours, but not only that. I was given a comprehensive one to one tutorial from an onboarding agent, Melissa Von Rensburg, about and how to get the best out of my equipment, which was such an eye opener, if this had have been done by my previous company I would have saved myself from paying for the two years of very high phone bills, for equipment which I didn'???t need. Thanks to bOnline I now know and understand, all I need and more about the cloud phone system. I have just finished a session with one of their Technical team Sibongensi Ndabeni who has configured my Yealink W52P Desk Handset equipment, So I now can access my cloud phone on my Laptop, Mobile Phone, and Desk Phone.Thank you bOnline for your wonderful customer service.
