Ayanda was incredibly helpful and patient with me on the onboarding call I had even as I took a lot of time to get my devices set up, which I greatly appreciate. They were good at explaining everything and answering my questions in a logical and easy to understand way. I also had a great experience with Thandolwethu on the initial consultation and Aadam with the billing process. So far my experience with bOnline has been very positive and given me confidence in the service.Edit: I also had a positive experience with Lejuan who I received a hepful call form after a week to check about our service
