Poor service

Poor service, calls keep dropping, app keeps crashing, poor sound quality. Despite all this they will add adhoc charges. I paid them 12 months in advance but they are now charging me '? ?5 per month for not paying by Direct Debit for the period I have already them. This was never disclosed to me when signing up. I will be raising a complaint with Telecommunication Ombudsman as such unethical practices need to stop.
