Review of Ur
Used this company to sell my iPhone, they offered less that Apple but I had missed the option to trade in so had to accept this lower offer. I have chased several times by email and called asking when I will receive the payment into my bank account as it been well over the 7 working days they advertise! I was told on Friday payment was due to be made that day and I should have by the afternoon. It now Monday evening and still no payment. Slow to pay and don’t offer a good value for the item.Since posting this review the Customer Service team have contacted me and been extremely helpful and made my payment within 1 hour. They advised they take complaints seriously and apologised for my experience and even matched the apple offering price. So customer service after complaint was 5* and I have been asked to remove review which I don’t think is fair but I will update to say service since review has been what it should have been from the start.
