had an issue with a refund that took ages, the 1st customer support agent that I spoke with was extremely rude and clueless on customer service.However, Shaakira took ownership of the case and solved my problem within 24h, can't thank her enough, outstanding customer service, polite, knowledgeable, very well spoken, was a pleasure talking to her. she should be a customer service supervisor.
