Review of reClaimit cyber
I was victim to an investment scam and lost nearly ?3k. My credit card was unhelpful, I felt like an absolute fool, and my mental health took a big knock. I contacted reclaimit cyber for help and spoke to Will. Due to my loss being slightly under their case acceptance threshold, Will was still incredibly supportive and offered FREE detailed advice. Will spent time going through my situation, pointing out the facts that supported my case. He then guided me through next steps with my bank and then the Financial Ombudsman. I was nervous about doing this on my own, but Will put me at ease, gave me confidence, and I've come out of the other end fighting. I am incredibly grateful for Will's time and free advice. I am now playing the waiting game for some positive results.
