Review of Legacywills
I approached Legacy Wills as we were looking into rewriting our wills, the advertised fee was '? ?49.99, but of course, once they make contact this quickly increases, during the planning/explanation process. We settled on new Wills, Trusts & LPOA'???s which secure each others side of our estate & ensuring our daughter & grandchildren are also fully protected against all eventualities, via Trusts. The process has taken place via three phone calls, over a three week period, with each stage being explained by the Will writing team. The one thing I would say, is that even though we had agreed & paid for the service, during our final call, we were offered another bolt-on, which offered more protection, but came at another cost, with no recompense being offered, against what we'???ve already paid, given that this bolt-on, albeit offering different cover, was a highly chargeable addition. I think this should have been covered earlier in our process, as the will writer, wasn'???t qualified to offer the additional offered option, which seems a little pointless & somewhat unprofessional, as you'???re then put in a further quandary about your decision, prior to this '???final'??? call.Overall we are satisfied with the results of this process, & would suggest if you'???re looking for a new will or estate planning, then give them a call, however, carry out some research so that you have a good idea of what Will, Estate Planning, Trusts & LPOA'???s, you require, along with your budget. The process is not pressured by the Legacy Team, they listen & offer solutions, to which you can then make informed decisions
