The call handler was very calm

The call handler was very calm, pollite and sorted out the problem. It appears my system had been updated but wiped out many of the settings and was not compatible with the App on my phone or allowing me to log into the portal. Overall, very pleased with this being sorted out promptly, but it would have been better to notify me that updating was going to change things.
