Terrible company

Terrible company, unhelpful and unwaveringly stubborn cancellations team that were not willing to help me obtain a refund for a cancellation I requested 6 months ago. Made up that I asked for a transfer, then had closed my cancellation request resulting in me being charged 6 more months despite being out of contract. Unwilling to compromise and create a win win for us both, I would avoid at all costs.
