I am an avid traveler and plan most of my own trips. I had seen a trip to Paris for a great price and called and was greeted by Bruce. He was kind and clearly discussed the trip. I made too quick of a decision and didn’t take time to research and realized that if I would have booked the trip myself, it would have been considerably cheaper. In saying that, most people need someone else to take the wheel in planning and they just want to relax and get ready for their great vacation. Bruce would be your guy. He made himself completely available, made all reservations and sent all the documents for the trip promptly. More than that he was very kind and accessible Good job Bruce. Keep up the good work.
