Where do I begin?! I'???m in perimenopause and I'???m a lone parent to two autistic teenagerswhen I tell you that my nerves were absolutely destroyed I'???m making light of it. I'???ve been climbing the walls with anxiety, depression, horrendous moods of ups and downs. Crying for no reason. Unable to think straight. Forgetting why I'???ve walked into a room! And so on. But these bad boys! Let me tell you right now, I feel 1000 times better. I'???m chilled, I can think straight. My kids don'???t wind me up so much. Even they'???ve noticed it. My bones don'???t ache so much and I'???ve even been sleeping better. Cannot recommend them another. I use the oil in the morning and pop a gummy in the afternoon. Absolute game changer!
