Companies all over the world should use my experience with BOnline as part of their customer service training, how not to do things, from the receptionist right up to the directors.In February I took out a contract with BOnline. The salesperson guaranteed me that if I receive any down-time for the fault of BOnline, I would be compensated for loss of earnings (Lie)I also asked how long will it take to transfer over from BT to BOnline, will I be able to keep my number? The salesman stated, it will take a few hours. (Lie, so far 4 months and still no telephone or broadband).In March I had a call from BOnline, Openreach have been out and done the required work, we will transfer the line over. I told the lady that they haven'???t been out and under no circumstances are you transfer the account from BT as it would mean I would have no telephone or broadband. The lady at BOnline was adamant that Openreach had been out and didn'???t seem to want to take my word for it.
