Review of Thomann
Ordered a Manfrotto ElementII tripod from Thomann. They sent the kit without the Quick Release Plate. Delivery box was intact, but one of the most important parts was missing. Probably taken out by one of the shop staff. A small thing, but extremely unpleasant.
