Although the final price bore no resemblance to the advertised price due to additional add-ons for day of flight, time of flight, this also applied to the hotel price. This resulted in the holiday being 25% more expensive. Tony, the agent, explained things very calmly and was thorough in helping understand the add-ons before I agreed to continue with purchase.
