Honestly, don'???t waste your money!!! First time I have ever written a review about a product which shows how disappointed I have been, feel robbed. Was really looking forward to the gummies but don'???t get fooled by the influencers promoting it every 5 minutes. Purchased the super strong gummies and started with the recommended amount, up the dose after messaging the company. They said '??? most people take 1-3 and the oil '??? which is clearly more then recommended, so unless you going to spend '? ?100 every month, much better and cheaper supplements out there.
