Hat alles, alles gut geklappt. Richtiges Produkt kam zu der versprochenen Zeit an. Mittwoch abends bestellt, Samstag um punkt 12 Uhr bei mir angekommen.Wichtig ist mir die Statusanzeige die wirklich genau ist.Bei doktorabc am Mittwoch sehr sehr fr'?h bestellt und bis heute noch nicht aus der Apotheke versendet. Was nicht nichts mit der Apotheke zu tun hat obwohl die gerade echt Stress mit den Lieferungen hat. Denn laut doktorabc ist das Rezept schon seit Mittwoch fr'?h in der Apotheke. Laut Apotheke ist das Rezept erst seit gestern da. Tolle Staus'?bersicht bei doktorabc die leider nicht ganz richtig ist.Daher lieber dr.ansy als doktor abc.

Shocking Customer Service! Having been an bOnline customer for over 6 years, I expected better treatment. My company phone contract recently ended, so I decided to call them and inform them that I will not be extending for another year. I Google to find their customer service number, which is shown as 02036179950, however, the number does not work. The system was telling me I was dialling the incorrect number. So I opted for the chat instead. The lady from the chat billing department whom I was talking to, again, gave me the same number; she even had a go at me, challenging me if I was calling the correct number. I used my wife's mobile phone to video record the call attempt and sent her a recording. Challenging arrogance ended there. What bothers me the most is the fact that my contract came to an end; however, I am being challenged as to why I am closing down my account! Not only did I have to explain that I am closing down my company, but she also requested that I continue using the number. They won't let you leave and will grab onto you as tightly as they can to persuade you to stay and continue paying for their services. All in all, I've wasted an hour & nothing was achieved! WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
