Review of Black stone security cyber
Its disappointing to have to write this review but its important other users / customers read this.Blackstone security cyber reassured me that my case would be successful with claiming the money back from either my bank or the ombudsman. I personally was sceptical at the start but as I was desperate in my hunt to overcome the scam I had been involved with, I trusted Blackstone security cyber.Essentially my case failed with the financial ombudsman and Blackstone security cyber mentioned there would be little prospect of winning an appeal.Im disappointed with the length of the process, the lack of clear communication and false hope. Clearly they are not as experienced, in my opinion, as they say they are. They mentioned to me it would be highly unlikely that I would lose at the ombudsman stage and that my case was very strong.I think there are bigger firms out there who are more experienced. Stick with those and do not waste your precious time with Blackstone security cyber.
