Could not be worse

I rented a house in Barnsley after a video viewing which is very common in London and that was my horrible mistake. The property was extremely dirty, smelly and the front garden was simply full of garbage in addition to broken fence. I couldn't tolerate couple of hours and contacted the agency asking to leave by any cost. The agreement was to pay the rent until they find another tenant which I did. The agency didn't repair anything at all during that period and I had to servive somehow with no hot water in shower for 3 weeks. What were really hard to tolerate were rude answers full of disrespect and unprofessional behaviour. I had to send more than 20 emails to chase the rest of rent to be refunded plus the extra amount paid for a fridge which didn't happen. After more than 45 days I received a refund less than that agreed by the branch manger, after many exhausting explanations and delays.
