I've always loved the Penhaligon's 'experience' when purchasing the products online. It just makes you feel special. Recently, I had to get in touch with customer support with a question regarding my order, and I was very fortunate Emilie K was the person who helped me. Emilie K was incredible, a true ambassador for the brand and Penhaligon's are very lucky to to have Emilie K on their team. Emilie K went above and beyond, and only added to my positive experiences.
