Review of Ur
I’ve edited my initial 1* review to provide a more balanced and honest opinion of UR. I sent a 3 1/2 year old 128GB Iphone 13 Unlocked to them on the basis of an online offer of ?245 through Moneysupermarket.com and I advised phone was in ‘good’ condition in terms of the basis for the offer. 3 days after sending the phone I received an offer which was considerably lower ( ?85) and the two further improved offers (up to ?150) via emails over the next 2 days which I rejected, mainly on the basis that I was so annoyed by the initial offer. UR tried to call me to discuss but I didn’t want to engage and I had some email correspondence and I asked for my phone to be returned, which they did without issue. Then I had some further email correspondence with Kimberley who was very honest and transparent, clearly trying to make things right to my satisfaction which I appreciated but had no wish to engage. Kimberley called me today to try again to see if there was anything she could do to try to reach a resolution which I felt was great customer service but I explained by position had not changed. For me the first part of the service from UR was like dealing with a computer generated offer & when a human being became involved it was such a marked difference in terms of approach and customer care, really excellent but by then, for me, it was too late. I’d give 1 star for the first part of the service & 5 stars by the time they’d already lost me as a customer, sadly.
