Review of reClaimit cyber
I was a victim of fraud back in March 2022 related to cryptocurrency and I lost ?4500. I sent a report to the Action Fraud department Police in London. In a month I have got a reply that there is no enough evidence to investigate this case and plenty of recommendations how to deal with fraudsters in a future. Obviously it won't be a future as a lesson was learned! Since it happened to me for the first time (hopefully the last one) I had no idea where to go and what do in this situation - I have a feeling that all companies I was researching in Google are another fraudsters. Finally I found reclaimit cyber in April and they recommended to contact to my bank first to make a report for a fraud. So I did it but without a result. Santander said "You authorized the transaction and have no rights for recovery". I contacted to reclaimit cyber after my bank made that statement and they offered me to refund my money via ombudsman and it will take abour 5 months. Finally I had phone call from reclaimit cyber (still can't recall the name of the man since in the beginning I was stressed and late excited) , he told that my bank will pay me back 100% my loss plus 8% commission. In about 10 days time i received my money back to my bank account. I can very highly recommend reclaimit cyber as they really very helpful even in a complicated case and do charge fir a service only after a case was successful.I know how it feels to be tricked out by scamners and how exciting to receive a help from people after you lost a trust and a hope.Thank you reclaimit cyber
