Review of Ouraring
I rate a 1 simply because 0 is not available. Absolutley, hands down the worst customer service and corporate culture I’ve ever experienced. The ring won’t work, the website has issues and won’t let me complete creating an account. One of the only smart rings that require a monthly fee, yet they only have an EMAIL HELP DESK. I have been emailing for days now. Think about how difficult and technical customer support can be when speaking to a live agent. Now imagine trying to do it, one question and one response at a time via email. I’ve spent two weeks emailing and haven’t received a response in 3 days now. I have never felt so strongly the need to warn potential buyers before they are victims too. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
