Case I revalidated my account by paying a ?550.00 supported by your agent Alexa Smith . Confirmation for withdrawal affirmed. But up to now this has not been done.Another agent took over and went through the same process- this time I paid a ?1300.00 for revalidation and when I was due to withdraw was asked to pay a further a ?1200.00 for I insurance. Paid I. Two lots of a ?600.00 and now am being told that the money is stuck in block chain and LedgerZ wallet- hence need to pay another a ?1200. To enable me withdraw successfully. This is not fare. Can you urgently look into the matter for me
