Review of Linley & Simpson
Possibly the worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They wrongfully changed my contract dates in the draft tenancy agreement to new dates in the official agreement without making me aware and are now trying to force me into an extra month on tenancy despite it being very clear what the dates of my tenancy were throughout the process until they decided to change them without notification to get more money out of me. The team take an outrageously long time to process anything and will misguide you in believing the process has been completed then notify you months later that theya ? ?ve only just finished it. They are extremely slow on repairs to the property. I would strongly advise to avoid all properties advertised from these agents to save yourself a lot of hassle in the future.
