Review of Penhaligons
I spoke to the lovely Tabetha about a perfume that my mother wore years ago that is possibly making a comeback. Tabetha was more than helpful and promised to refer the question to her team and email me within the week. She actually responded after two hours with a very positive answer so I was over the moon.
