My experience has been amazing these past months dealing with the company, and the staff member Donna Rose. I can truly say its been very comfortable. My case was dealt with your colleague Donna Rose, to whom I'm very grateful and thankful for. If it wasn't for her, I would have not reached where I have today. Her phone call, emails and customer service has been incredibly amazing. bird 2 bird & have employed amazing staff with these credentials and great personal attributes.They should be role models for others and she should be recognised for her amazing customer service. The care and kindness throughout has been an amazing experience. I would like Donna Rose to be rewarded with great praise aswel as financially. I had lost hope in my case. If it wasn't for Donna Rose i wouldn't be here today. Me and my family are so grateful to Donna Rose. There are not many people like her in today's world. Thankyou for doing such an amazing job, you are Deffinetly in the right profession, so polite, considering, understanding assertive and very attentive. Your a great asset to bird 2 bird and Gordon.
