Review of Toppdf
I paid ?1 for a one-time use to unlock a PDF. The next day, ?899 was automatically deducted from my GCash without warning. I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly plan and immediately canceled once I saw the charge. I contacted support multiple times, but instead of offering help or a refund, I was repeatedly sent generic instructions on how to cancel—something I had already done. I’m a student and only needed the service once. This experience felt misleading and unfair, especially after learning that others have gone through the same issue. Disappointing.
