Be very cautious dealing with this outfit. Lure you in with an attractive offer price, you pay extra postage ( ?9.90 in my case) for insurance purposes, to send them your near immaculate iphone14 and then they drop your price by 42% (offered ?331 then revised to ?190). They cite multiple scratches on screen and case (which I don’t believe exist) and then when you quote back their T&Cs to them about what constitutes “good” condition they deny that their policy states such. They quickly revised my offer to ?275, which I accepted due to fear that I’d not get back my original phone or my phone back in condition in which I sent it. We are all over a barrel once you’ve sent in your phone, and I think they play off this. Then I waited 9 business days to get paid, chasing twice to get my money.
