Why they excluded cancellation and termination process from FAQs.My contract is coming to an end and I cannot find their cancellation process in their FAQ. Any company that do not have cancellations or termination process in their FAQ should not be trading as that is one the FQA that should be made available to customers without having to calling to find out. That shows they are hiding this information. Please read the small lines as you forced unto any contract you signed for a year if for any reason you want to leave. Not exit route.
