Refunded achieved a successful outcome in recovering my money lost to fraudsters. I had tried unsuccessfully with my bank and knew the next step was to go to the Ombudsman which would have been a daunting task for me especially not feeling confident of a successful outcome. Blackstone security cyber took on my case and went to the Ombudsman acting on my behalf and were successful in recovering for me all my losses plus interest. I cannot praise them enough it was a burden lifted from my shoulders.
