Sent good as new , returned with missing sim tray unable to re sell

When I sent my phone to UR they sent several emails saying my phone iCloud was still locked . After several calls to unlock it & 10days of this going on & on I asked them to pay or return my phone . They returned my phone minus the sim carriage. It’s been 2 weeks & im still waiting for them to return the sim carriage so I can try and sell the phone to somebody be else . My phone is like new , the attitude is , Oh we have a sim carriage/tray somewhere we can send one out to you . They are in no hurry , their support staff email then you don’t hear from them again . 5 working day came and went Tuesday , they have my sim as I realised didn’t take it out . This has turned out to be the worse decision , I need the ? hence why I chose to sell my backup phone in the first place . Still battling for them to do the right thing since 22nd May. Would Never recommend them to anyone .
